Article 4 (Modification, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service due to system maintenance, incident response, specification changes of external services, legal requirements, operational, technical, or economic reasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.
When terminating the Service, the operator will endeavor to notify users in advance with a reasonable lead time, either through the Service or by any method the operator deems appropriate. This may not apply in cases of emergency or other unavoidable circumstances.
